To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surepath's aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of our properties is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in New Mexico.
